1 liter of whole milk
1 pot of unsweetened natural yogurt
1/2 lemon
Salt to taste
REQUIRED FOR PREPARATION:

PREPARATION:
Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Let it boil for 15 minutes then add the lemon juice and yogurt.
Slowly stir the mixture for a few seconds, then turn off the gas and let it sit for at least 3 hours.
After this time, place the cotton towel in a colander, placed over the mold.
Pass the mixture through a sieve to separate the cheese from the whey.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator and let it sit for 30 minutes.
After this time, add a little salt and put back in the refrigerator for another 8 hours.
At this point you can consume this delicious homemade cheese.
