A simple method to clean your coffee maker.
Over time, the coffee maker can accumulate dirt and limescale. For all coffee lovers, it is therefore essential to clean the moka pot well and thoroughly.
There is a quick and easy way.
Required:
Baking soda
Apple cider vinegar
Hot water
Procedure:
Fill the coffee maker with water and add some bicarbonate (which will help remove limescale).
Add the vinegar and assemble the coffee maker.
Pour some vinegar on the top as well and put it on the stove.
Leave it until the water and baking soda come out.
Transfer the moka pot to the sink and wet it with cold water.
Disassemble and clean the coffee maker with the sponge and more baking soda.
Rinse well and let dry.
