If you have a rose bush on the balcony, or you have received one as a gift, and you would like to reproduce them for more, know that it is possible to do so starting only from their stem. Roses are among the most beautiful flowers in the world and can decorate any part of the house, regardless of their color.
Roses are considered difficult to grow, but from one stem they can be propagated until they have many more, making their reproduction practically infinite. It is an easy job to do and does not require any gardening experience.
Below we show you how to create a wonderful collection of roses from the stem .
First step
The first thing to do is to identify the ideal place in which to put the roses. Dig a hole about 15 cm deep and fill it with sand. To choose the right place, follow these tips:
Don’t put the roses too close to each other.
Do not place roses too close to a wall or under a tree.
Make sure the roses get air and sun, preferably morning sun.
Second step
Get some stems or cuttings of roses, which will be used to propagate them and make our garden. The important thing is that the stems are about 20 to 25 centimeters long.
Third step
This step is as simple as it is important. It is necessary to clean the stems, removing leaves and impurities, to promote its regeneration.
Fourth step
Insert the stems of the roses into the sand, leaving a little space between them. Push the stems firmly into the sand so that they are firmly fixed.
Fifth step
Cover the stems of the rose bushes with fertilized soil and press it down well with your feet to compact it.
The work is done: all that remains is to wait for nature to take its course.
