Mosquitoes can be very annoying, especially in the summer. Unfortunately, commercial products designed to repel them contain many chemicals that are very harmful to the environment and our health.
In this article, we’ll show you how to make a DIY mosquito repellent from coffee grounds . This method was demonstrated and promoted by the EPA, or the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
How is it prepared? It’s simple: take the coffee grounds and place them on a plate covered with aluminum foil. Store in a cool, dry place until completely dry.
Once dry, you can place it on a table or balcony and burn it until smoke rises. The coffee residue will burn slowly, scaring away mosquitoes.
