A sterilized jar
A saucepan or pot
1.5 liters of filtered water
5 banana peels
Preparation :
The first thing to do is to cut the banana peels into small pieces (1 cm to 3 cm wide). Add the water to a saucepan at the same time. Place the zests in the pan over medium heat.

Preparation :
Cut the banana peels into small pieces (about 3 cm to 6 cm) and place them in the sterilized jar. Fill the jar with filtered water until it completely covers it. Place a cloth or breathable sock over the lid and secure it with a rubber band.
