How to propagate the lavender plant
Know the steps to extend the life of your system
Propagating by cutting a plant can be a quick and inexpensive way to extend the life of your green friends. We know that planting from seeds is possible, but it will require even more patience.
Take out a sharp knife from the kitchen and trim the excess leaves from your plant cuttings. Keep pruning until you only have a few cuttings with leaves.
Put growth hormone in the bottom cup of your plant.
In a terracotta pot, fill with new soil to prevent your plants from getting sick. It’s recommended to use mud as it will help the plant breathe properly. Introduce the cuttings.
Place plastic wrap over your pots and make sure they are completely covered. Move your pots to a warm place and be patient. Leave them in a warm place for two or three months.
After you have allowed your cuttings to root, you should check their appearance before removing them from the substrate.
After removing them, you should plant them in an individual pot so that they can grow and strengthen.
Remember to check that your cuttings measure between 7 and 10 cm so that you can plant them.
Ready, start watering and bringing your reproduced lavender to life.
