on How to Invigorate Plants with Natural Ingredients You Can Find in the Kitchen
Do you want to revitalize your plants but don’t want to buy expensive, specialized products because you have only a few plants at home? Sometimes, very few ingredients are enough to make our plants bloom again. Great satisfaction can be derived from what you can find in… the kitchen!
Are your plants struggling to thrive? Here’s how to revitalize them using a few simple ingredients. We often go crazy searching for expensive supermarket products, when the real secret is hidden right between the shelves in our kitchen. A little sugar and cinnamon? Let’s see how to make the most of them.

Sugar
If we notice our plants are dull and without light, we sprinkle a pinch of white sugar on the soil. We only do this once a month and we will notice that the stem and leaves will become much healthier and more robust.

Cinnamon
Perhaps not everyone knows this, but cinnamon is a very powerful antifungal, fungicide, and antibacterial agent for plants. To make the most of its potential, simply take a teaspoon and spread it on the soil. This will keep fungi and other diseases away from our plants.

Green tea
Another powerful natural fertilizer we can recover from our kitchen scraps is undoubtedly the used tea filter. Once used, don’t throw these bags directly into the organic waste. Let them steep a little longer in plenty of water. Then, transfer everything to a spray container and spray the liquid on the soil. This way, the energizing and invigorating boost our plants will bear incredible fruit.

Onion peel
Incredible to say, right? Yet, within the onion peel lies a powerful repellent that will keep fungi and other insects away. Take the onion and simply remove the skin, without taking the vegetable part as well. Let it soak in boiling water for at least two hours. Then, transfer everything to a spray bottle after straining it, and our fungicidal liquid for our plants is ready. We can use it for any plant we have at home without distinction.
