– Ingredients:

4 large carrots, peeled and chopped

3 oranges, peeled and segmented

1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced

1 cup cold water

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

1.Prepare the Ingredients:

Peel and chop the carrots.

Peel the oranges and separate into segments.

Peel and slice the ginger.

2.Juice the Ingredients:

If using a juicer, process carrots, oranges, and ginger.

Without a juicer, blend ingredients until smooth.

3.Strain the Juice:

Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

Press pulp with a spoon to extract juice.

4.Add Water and Sweeten:

Stir in 1 cup of cold water for desired consistency.
