5 Homemade Tips to Remove Deodorant Stains from Clothes

Although anti-stain deodorants have been available on the market for a long time, most of these products do not live up to their initial promises and the appearance of stains is almost inevitable.

If deodorant has stained your favorite item of clothing right under the armpits, you’ll be pleased to know that there are tricks that can quickly remove the stain and make the item of clothing look like it was just purchased.

  1. Salt
    Mix 1 liter of hot water with 4 tablespoons of salt until completely dissolved.
    Soak the garment in the solution, then use a sponge to rub under the armpits until the stains disappear.
  2. Lemon
    Mix two equal parts lemon juice and water.
    Apply the solution to the stain, then sprinkle a teaspoon of baking soda and rub well.
    Finally, wash the garment normally.
  3. Vinegar
    Pour a little vinegar directly onto the stain.
    Scrub the area, then run a normal wash cycle.
  4. Baking soda
    Mix 4 tablespoons of baking soda with 100 ml of warm water.
    Rub the solution onto the stain and let it dry for a few hours.
    Finally, wash the garment normally.
  5. Aspirin
    Dissolve 2 or 3 aspirin tablets in 140 ml of water and mix well.
    Pour the solution on the stains and leave for a few hours.
    Finally, wash the garment with a little liquid soap.
