Rich in water, with very few calories, fats, carbohydrates, and proteins, fruits and vegetables have always been an essential part of our diet. Lose weight with blueberries . According to researchers at the University of Michigan (USA), the phytochemicals in blueberries reduce appetite. Eating a handful of blueberries before meals can reduce your calorie intake by 10%, speeding up your metabolism and activating fat burning.
