Artificial sweeteners: poison for our nervous system

To reduce the number of calories you consume each day, artificial sweeteners have gained popularity as an alternative to conventional sugar. However, these products are foreign to our bodies, difficult to digest, and dangerous to our health.

Some research conducted in recent years has shown that the consumption of artificial sweeteners can have negative consequences on our bodies, particularly on the nervous system.

Aspartame, an ingredient in these sweeteners, is primarily responsible for these negative effects. It is a chemical that contains methanol (a toxic alcohol), aspartic acid, and phenylalanine (which can cause brain tumors).

These three compounds are real poisons, which can have a devastating impact on our nervous system.

Artificial sweeteners that destroy our nervous system

In the 1980s, the US FDA (a food safety agency) identified 92 possible effects of aspartame on human health, including:

Tremors / Spasms
Tingling / Chest and joint pain
A chronic cough
Dizziness / Vomiting
Headaches/migraines
Depression/anxiety attacks
Blurred vision / Vision loss
Memory loss/confusion
Allergic reactions
In conclusion, it is better to avoid such products for the sake of our health.
