Energy balls with nuts and dates as well as apricots

Ingredients
50g pumpkin seeds
75g walnuts
Ezoic
110g dates
75g dried apricots
Zest of one orange
Ezoic
20g sesame seeds
Instructions
Prepare seeds and nuts:
Fry pumpkin seeds in a pan over medium heat until lightly toasted. Set aside to cool.
Roast walnuts in the same pan until fragrant and lightly browned. Allow to cool, then cut into small pieces. Prepare
Ezoic dates and apricots: Soak dates in water for 15 minutes to soften. Pit dates and chop finely. Finely chop dried apricots. × Mix Ezoic ingredients: Combine chopped dates, dried apricots, toasted pumpkin seeds, and chopped walnuts in a blender or food processor. Add orange zest. Pulse until mixture is well combined and beginning to come together.

Form Ezoic Mixture:
Pour the mixture onto a clean surface and use your hands to form a cylinder, pressing firmly to hold the mixture together.
