How to prepare delicious beef tongue
To prepare this delicious tongue, you will need:
Ingredients:
1 beef tongue
1 carrot
2 onions
Dill and parsley to taste
2 bay leaves
Peppercorns to taste
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon gelatin
Preparation:
Prepare the tongue :
Cut off the excess part of the beef tongue so that it is ready to cook.
Soak your tongue in water for 10-15 minutes to clean any impurities.
Cooking the tongue :
Place the tongue in a pot of boiling water and let it cook for 15 minutes. This will help soften it a little and make the next step easier.

Chop the onions into large pieces.
Add ingredients and cook :
