on How to whiten laundry naturally
The chemicals we often use to bleach our clothes can be very harmful to our health, causing serious skin damage, allergies, mucous membrane irritation, poisoning, and much more. The bleaching power of chlorine is well known, but not all of its harmful effects are known.

Not to mention that commercial bleaching products are often the cause of very serious domestic accidents, often involving children.

Frequent use of chemicals to bleach clothes can cause respiratory problems, skin irritations, nervous system damage, allergies and asthma, and dangerous chemical reactions when in contact with other products such as perfumes, soaps, or creams.

In this article, we’ll explain how to bleach your laundry using natural products, often already present in your home. Using natural products not only helps protect the environment, but also prevents serious health problems.

White vinegar : In addition to bleaching linens, it softens fabrics by removing other chemicals added to clothes for various reasons. Add a cup of white vinegar to the wash cycle.

Lemon : Lemon juice whitens and brightens fabrics. Add half a cup of natural lemon juice to your laundry detergent.

Hydrogen peroxide : This is a powerful bleaching and disinfectant, even though it doesn’t contain chlorine. Add half a glass of hydrogen peroxide to your laundry before washing.

Baking soda : In addition to whitening, it disinfects and freshens laundry. Mix half a cup of baking soda with your detergent (preferably powdered).
