Window cleaning is one of the most complicated tasks. If the glass is not cleaned properly, even the smallest dirt residue becomes visible. Not to mention the annoying halos that, once they appear, are very difficult to remove.
Usually we use specific products for glass, which can be purchased at the supermarket, which, although they are very effective and practical to use, are also full of chemicals that are inhaled and can be toxic to our body.
Fortunately, it is possible to achieve the same results using all-natural products, and below we will explain how to prepare a DIY window cleaner that, in addition to being very effective, is also very healthy and eco-friendly.
DIY Window Cleaner Ingredients :
- 70 ml of white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of denatured alcohol
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 170 ml of distilled water
Pour all the ingredients into a small bottle equipped with a spray diffuser and shake well so that they integrate perfectly with each other.
Spray all over the glass then use a microfiber cloth to wipe it from top to bottom.
Be sure to scrub stubborn stains thoroughly and dry the glass thoroughly to prevent spots from forming.
If the stains on your glass are particularly stubborn, try spraying them with a 50/50 water/50% vinegar solution. Leave for 5 minutes, then wipe with a clean cloth.
Now that you know how to make streak-free window cleaner , start replacing store-bought industrial cleaners to protect your health and the environment.
