If you have tried to propagate a plant by cuttings in the past and failed, you probably did not use the right rooting agent . There are many very effective chemical rooting agents on the market, but few know that it is possible to prepare a completely natural and much cheaper one. In this article, we will show you how to prepare a very effective natural rooting agent that works with practically any plant. You need: 180 grams of black beans 1 liter of water Strainer Cloth Large container Pour the black beans into the bowl of water, cover with a dark cloth and wait about 8 to 10 hours. Once the set time has elapsed, the water will have turned dark. Use the strainer to filter the water which will be poured into another container. The idea is to leave the beans a little moist to encourage their germination. Cover the container with the wet beans and wait a day. The next day, add a little black liquid to hydrate the beans, wait 15 minutes and drain again. This step should be repeated every day until the beans begin to germinate. After about 5 days, the beans will have all germinated. Pour half of the black liquid used to germinate the beans over the beans, and add about 500 ml of clean water. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous mixture. Filter the mixed mixture with the strainer to block the residue and obtain a clean liquid. The liquid, which will be light brown in color, will be our concentrated rooting agent. To use it on plants use a ratio of 1:5 with clean water (example: for 100ml of rooting agent, 500ml of water). The power of rooting lies in the high content of auxins , compounds that stimulate the appearance of roots and make the plant stronger and healthier.
