To propagate roses in the best possible way and fill your home or garden with flowers , the steps to follow are simple. This flower can be propagated by the very simple cutting method . By following a few precautions, a good result will be assured.

First, clean the scissors or shears thoroughly with hydrogen peroxide . This way, you won’t transfer any bacteria or mold to the plant.
Choose a healthy branch free of any infestation or signs of plant disease. The optimal length is 10 or 15 centimeters.
Cut the cut sharply and decisively forming a diagonal incision , the cut should be made at both ends.
Remove the leaves or inflorescences and cover the end that will not be inserted into the soil (or water) with a few drops of wax . This way, the hydration of the cutting will not be compromised.
If you want to root your rose in water, remember to change it every 4 or 5 days to avoid contamination.
If you want to grow it in soil, you can apply rooting powder to the base or insert the cutting into an aloe vera leaf before burying it. Choose a sandy soil type.
Do not remove the cutting for 5 or 6 weeks, do not expose it to direct sunlight and if you consider it necessary, cover the seedling with a recyclable plastic bag to create a greenhouse effect.
