Lemon, honey and garlic to prevent the flu

A common criticism of recipes that include cooked onion and garlic is that the cooking process destroys much of the halicin, one of the most important substances.

While this is partly true, it is important to know how to optimize garlic and onion before consuming them, whether raw or cooked, in order to maximize their enzymes and preserve all their properties. This simple recipe, which can be consumed regularly during the winter, is a real accelerator of the immune system .

Follow this recipe to the letter, to benefit from all the properties of these 3 incredible ingredients: 1 organic lemon, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon of honey (raw and unfiltered) .

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from one half. Save the other half for step 5.
Peel the garlic and let it sit for at least 10 minutes, then add the cayenne pepper to the lemon juice.
Also add the honey and mix well.
Pour all of the solution into the empty lemon half and consume it all, even the lemon pulp.
Wait 4 hours and repeat the recipe with the other half of the lemon.
