Like having a really hot mattress all night

Surely you have felt a little cold while you are in bed, and perhaps you have not been able to fall asleep for that very reason. Going to bed and finding a cold mattress is certainly not pleasant. However, there are some habits that you can adopt to improve the temperature of your bed and make it more comfortable when you go to sleep. Follow the tips that we offer you below to heat the mattress in winter and thus sleep better and more. Put a blanket under the sheets Blankets are an obvious and quick solution to the cold. However, there is a way of using them that allows us to stay even warmer. By placing a thick blanket between the sheet and the bedspread, we create a kind of thermal barrier between us and the mattress. Blankets are able to absorb body heat during the night. Put a hot water bottle The classic trick is also one of the most effective: placing a hot water bottle on the bed a few minutes before falling asleep allows you to stay warm for several hours. This method is particularly effective for heating a specific point of the bed, such as the foot. Use an insulated bag of seeds This trick is similar to the previous one, with the only difference that we put seeds inside the bag, not water. Heat the seeds in the microwave and put them immediately in the bag. Seeds retain more heat than water and do not leave a feeling of heat and humidity. Warm the bed with a hair dryer This is not the cheapest or most durable solution, but it is perfect in case we cannot adopt any of the tips described above. In case of a particularly cold night, you can use a hair dryer to warm the bed a few seconds before going to bed. There are many other habits that can be of great help, such as drinking a relaxing herbal tea or a cup of warm milk before going to sleep. This habit increases body temperature.
