Lucky  bamboo  is one of the most popular plants in the world. Associated with luck and good energy,  it becomes even more beautiful when it “rolls up” and grows in a spiral  , and in this article we explain how to do it. This plant native to Southeast Asia plays an important role in Feng Shui, according to which it attracts health, love and luck. However, its popularity is more due to its aesthetic aspect and today  lucky bamboo  is part of the decoration of homes around the world. Lucky bamboo is characterized by its bare branches that end in long thin leaves, but also because as the stem grows, it can be made to take on twisted and curved shapes. We help you  give your bamboo the classic coiled and spiral look  . You will need:PVC pipe (1-1/2 inches in diameter)Florist wire or stranded craft wireScissorsLong-stemmed bambooFind the longest, most flexible stem of your bamboo and, using the scissors, cut it from the bottom. Remove all the leaves from the bottom, leaving only the ones on the other end. Place the bamboo on the outside of the PVC pipe and tie the bottom with twine to secure it.Now that you have secured the bottom of the bamboo, continue tying it and keeping it straight until it is between 4 and 12 inches tall, or wherever it starts to be most flexible. At this point,  bend the bamboo slightly and wrap it around the pipe  , tying it as you go. Don’t use too much force to avoid damaging the stem. As the bamboo grows, continue to wrap it around the pipe. After a few weeks, the stem will have become hard enough to  maintain the spiral shape  and it will then be possible to remove the PVC tube. Now that you know  how to curl lucky bamboo and give it a spiral shape,  give new life to your plantation to decorate and beautify your interior.
